1. PEEK plastic injection molding has a low shrinkage rate, which is very beneficial to control the dimensional tolerance range of PEEK injection parts, making the dimensional precision of PEEK parts much higher than that of general plastics;

2, small thermal expansion coefficient, with the change of temperature (can be caused by the change of environmental temperature or friction heat generated in the process of operation), the size of the parts changes very little;

3. Good dimensional stability. The dimensional stability of plastic refers to the dimensional stability of engineering plastic products in the process of use or storage.

4. PEEK has prominent heat-resistant hydrolysis characteristics, and its water absorption is very low in the high temperature and humidity environment. There will be no obvious change in the size of common plastics such as nylon due to water absorption;
